After completing your measuring guide, its now time to order, place all the relevant details in the form below, follow the steps one by one and as always contact us if you have any problems.

1. Confirm Your Cover Shape:

Important Note:

The fold (centre hinge) always cuts the "A" dimension in half. Please enter your dimensions accordingly and double-check your measurements and fold orientation. We guarantee a perfect fit based on the information you give us. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

The cover is a not one of the standard shapes above
There are hoods or cutouts for speakers, control panels or handles
The cover bottom is not flat i.e. the hot tub has divertor valve that rise above the top of the acylic
The size exceeds 96" in any dimension.

3. Cover Skirt Length: inches

Please measure the skirt from the bottom of the cover down as shown. Enter a length in inches. Minimum length is 1.5". For no skirt, enter "N". Click here to see our new skirt design

4. Safety Strap Length: inches

The safety strap is measured from the bottom of the cover down as shown. Please include the skirt length but not the clip. The strap must hang at least 1.5" below the skirt. Please note: due to original production variations, we do not guarantee matching strap placement. If it is necessary please indicate in the notes below and we will contact you to clarify measurements.

5. Radius: inches

If your spa has radius corners, then to correctly measure the corner radius use our radius chart to help you.This is an alternative if you have not got a carpenter’s square. The key is not to make the radius too big, when in doubt take the smaller measurement.

6. Colour:

Click the colour swatches below to see a larger version, all our colours are spa industry standard, however, due to variations in computer displays it is not possible to guarantee an exact color match.

Optional Extras

Double-Wrapped Core: ADD £35 inc VAT

Get extra moisture protection with TWO layers of sealed polyethylene sheeting. If you've ever been stuck with a soggy cover, this is the option for you. It can add years to the life of your cover!

Continuous Heat Seal: ADD £30 inc VAT

A popular option for colder climates, this seal runs the entire length of the fold and virtually eliminates heat loss through the hinge.

5" to 3.5" Tapered extra thick cover: ADD £70 inc VAT

For additional insulation, our extra thick lid contains our premium insert containing heavy density tapered 5" to 3.5" foam providing industry leading insulation qualities.

Disposal of Old Lid: ADD £40 inc VAT

When we deliver your new lid, we will remove your old lid away and carefully dispose of it for you.

Reinforcement of Lid Top: ADD £120 inc VAT

We will reinforce the top of your lid through a closed cell polycarbonate membrane, which will easily support an individual's weight (not recommended), this removes the potential of structure cracking and bowing (the duck pond effect). Click here for image
